TRAKYANET: Refers to the online publication that operates and manages the SITE and publishes its own content within the SITE.

Trakyanet takes reasonable care to ensure that information published on the SITE is accurate, reliable and up to date. However, some information may change after publication, or corrections and updates may later be made by the original sources. In particular, prices, contact information, opening hours, transportation information, accommodation features, information concerning institutions and businesses, population and statistical data, and similar variable information may become outdated over time.
Information published on the SITE is provided for general informational purposes and does not replace current statements or records issued by authorised public institutions, official registers, applicable legislation or relevant service providers. Before making legal, administrative, financial or other important decisions or transactions, users are advised to verify the relevant official or primary source separately.
Trakyanet may review reported or identified factual errors and omissions and, where appropriate, correct or update the relevant content.
Use of the Site
The USER agrees to use the SITE in accordance with the law and these Terms of Use.
Activities intended to interfere with the normal operation of the SITE or systems connected to the SITE are prohibited. Users may not attempt to circumvent security measures, gain unauthorised access, transmit malicious software or code, send automated requests that impose an abnormal load on the SITE, or perform systematic and unauthorised bulk data extraction.
Normal indexing activities by search engines, ordinary hyperlinks to the SITE and uses permitted under applicable law are excluded from this restriction.

Prices, availability, scope of services and reservation conditions offered by third parties may change over time. Users are advised to verify current information with the relevant service provider before carrying out any transaction.
Technical Security and Availability of the Site
Trakyanet seeks to take appropriate technical and administrative measures to ensure the secure and orderly operation of the SITE. However, due to the nature of the internet, uninterrupted, error-free or permanent availability of the SITE cannot be guaranteed.
Access to the SITE may be temporarily interrupted or certain services may not function properly due to maintenance, technical failures, communication interruptions, hosting or network problems, third-party service failures, cyberattacks, natural disasters or other events reasonably beyond Trakyanet's control.
The USER is responsible for protecting their own device, operating system, internet connection and security software.

Trakyanet does not operate a membership or user account system, and visitors are not required to provide their name, surname, address, telephone number or similar personal information in order to access general content on the SITE.
However, limited technical data such as IP address, access time, requested page, browser information and similar data may be processed automatically in server and security logs as part of the technical operation and security of the website. Technical records necessary to remember the user's cookie preferences may also be used.
If a USER voluntarily submits information through the contact channels, the submitted information may be processed for the purpose of reviewing and responding to the relevant request.

Subject to mandatory national or international rules of law that may apply, Turkish law shall serve as the principal law governing these Terms of Use and disputes arising from the use of the SITE.
