The most famous and popular beaches in the Gallipoli and Saros region are located on the shores of Guneyli village.
Guneyli Beach

Guneyli Beach is located in one of the tranquil corners of the historical Gallipoli Peninsula, meeting the clear waters of the Saros Bay. The sea is cool but quite pleasant, especially for those who want to escape the scorching summer heat, it's a perfect getaway.
Although it's known as a public beach, it's possible to see various businesses along the coast. This allows you to find a quiet corner to swim on your own, or you can spend a more comfortable day using the sun loungers and umbrellas offered by the businesses.
The beach, which has free entry, is very clean and well-maintained. One of the most striking features of the beach is that it is covered with fine sand. Walking on the soft sand that doesn't stick to your feet offers great comfort while spending time on the beach. The shallow and relatively deep sea is a great advantage, especially for families with children and those who cannot swim.
Located in the town of Guneyli in the Gallipoli district, the beach is approximately 11 kilometers from the district center, on the Saros Bay side. You can reach the beach in 13 minutes by private car by following the Edirne – Canakkale road, or you can use the Guneyli minibuses departing from the town center.
Fatma Kadin Beach

Located within the borders of Guneyli Village, which is part of Gelibolu, Fatma Kadin Bay is approximately 13 kilometers from the town center. Accessible by private car or bus, the facility offers views of the Saros Bay. While the area can be reached by private car via the Edirne – Canakkale route, it can also be accessed by using the Guneyli minibuses departing from the town center.
Surrounded by green trees, the beach is a natural wonder where green and blue meet. Among the most beautiful bays of Gelibolu, the area is like a corner of paradise.
Since the sea water is slightly cooler than average and there are no facilities in the bay, it is advisable to bring your own beach gear. Entry to the beach, where you can peacefully swim in the cool waters of the bay surrounded by nature, is free.
The beach, which offers the opportunity to see the natural beauty and marine life underwater, has crystal-clear water. It's important to be aware of currents in the bay, as the wind can start to blow in the afternoon. At Fatma Kadin Beach, where the sea doesn't get deep immediately, even those who can't swim can do so without going too far out.
Mahmutpasa Bay Beach

Mahmutpasa Bay, one of the most beautiful and impressive bays of the Saros Gulf, is a favorite destination for nature lovers. Adorned with the clear and azure waters of the Aegean Sea, the bay will enchant you with its tranquility and natural beauty. With its pine forests and golden sands, the bay looks like a postcard. The cleanliness and clarity of the sea create an ideal environment for water sports such as diving, while the quiet atmosphere of the beach is very suitable for picnics or camping.
You can explore the unique views of Saros Bay by hiking in the rugged terrain that protects the bay. The hiking trails around Mahmutpasa Bay offer photographers the opportunity to capture magnificent shots not only in the summer months but in every season.
